Job Description:
- To provide administrative support to business units within IT Division
- To handle purchasing order processing activities and maintain inventory record
- To coordinate with internal and external parties for meeting and logistics arrangement
- To prepare various reports related to procurement activities
- To provide clerical support to project teams
- To handle day-to-day admin tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Bachelor Degree or above
- At least 5 subjects at Level 3 or above in HKDSE including English and Chinese
- Two years or above relevant working experience preferably in administrative support preferably in sizeable organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SharePoint
- Independent, systematic, detail-minded and reliable
- Good communication and inter-personal skills including usage of email and instant messaging tools
- Native Cantonese Speaker
- Good command of both written and spoken of English
