We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager for our client in the telecommunications industry. The role will be within the D2C Online team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new online marketing strategies and identify market opportunities to increase online revenue.
- Oversee the annual campaign calendar and coordinate resources to implement online marketing activities.
- Guide the online marketing agency in creating and designing digital campaigns that boost sales for eCommerce channels.
- Establish metrics to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Responsible for achieving conversion KPIs for the online marketing campaign.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Multimedia, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proven track record in managing digital and performance marketing campaigns that achieve strong brand KPIs and sales conversions.
- Practical experience in paid search, display advertising, SEO, social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), and Google Analytics.
- Results-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated, energetic, and a strong team player.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret and act on business metrics.
- Focused on results and driven by data, with proficiency in metrics, KPIs, ROI analysis, and A/B testing.
- Knowledgeable in app promotion, mobile measurement partner (MMP) solutions, and optimization.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a must.
