Our client is sizable manufacturing group in China with its regional offices in worldwide.

Requirements

• At least 8 years relevant experience in Manufacturing industry

• Experience in Automotive / ISO16949 / IATF16949 / VDA6.3 will be an advantage

• Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines

• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Station in China (Shenzhen) - Free Company Car / Hostel / Meal are provided

• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as “Process Engineering Manager”

Responsibilities

• Report to Process Engineering Director

• Monitor the daily operations of the Process Engineering Department and lead a small team in China

• Participate in global automation / product development or other continuous improvement activities

• Work closely with cross function team for identifying solutions for manufacturing process improvement or cost saving initiatives to align with overall operation strategy

• Handle new project and system relative documentation

• Provide technical advice and trouble-shooting on all issues

• Handle ad-hoc projects
