Responsibilities
Assist the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy
Responsible for supervising the daily operations of PRC Dongguan office
Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short and long-term objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of business decisions and support operational initiatives
Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
Report all important and/or urgency matters to the CEO and the French management in a timely manner
Requirements
Degree or above in business management or related discipline with over 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in leadership roles. Solid work experiences in PRC region preferable
With background of furniture / electronics & electrical industry is highly preferable
Possess a strategic mindset and also hands-on experience with excellent business acumen
A strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills to inspire the team to grow and give clear direction to the team
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and respond to changing market dynamics
Native French, stations in PRC Dongguan, must be able to speak English as well
