Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management/financial reports and analysis

• Prepare annual budget and forecast

• Lead and supervise finance team to handle monthly accounts closing process

• Assist in implementation of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamic 365)

• Participate in ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

• Business trip to China is required

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor or above

• Minimum 5 years relevant accounting working experience in export trading

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)

• Strong problem-solving, communication and analytical skills and able to work under pressure in meeting tight deadline

• Immediately available is highly preferred
