Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent managements strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Identify key talent needs and create succession plans and development programs to support career growth and retention
Collaborate with leaders and HR partners to assess and address talent gaps and workforce planning
Design and faciliate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
Design and execute employer branding strategies to enhance company's reputation as an employer of choice
Create engaging content and campaigns for social media, job portals and other platforms to promote the company culture and values
Collabroate with marketing and communications teams to align the employer brand messaging with the overall company brand
Monitor anf analyze employer branding metrics to assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Adminisstration, Marketing or a related field
10+ yearsof experience in talent management, HR and employer branding roles
Strong understanding of talent management practices and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
Experience with empolyer branding and the development of related content and campaigns
Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools for branding purposes
Special Projects: Manage any special projects assigned by the CPO or the team lead, demonstrating the ability to work independently while providing effective support to achieve project objectives
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team
