Assistant Talent & Development Manager (Human Resources)(Ref # 066479)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent managements strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives

  • Identify key talent needs and create succession plans and development programs to support career growth and retention

  • Collaborate with leaders and HR partners to assess and address talent gaps and workforce planning

  • Design and faciliate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance

  • Design and execute employer branding strategies to enhance company's reputation as an employer of choice

  • Create engaging content and campaigns for social media, job portals and other platforms to promote the company culture and values

  • Collabroate with marketing and communications teams to align the employer brand messaging with the overall company brand

  • Monitor anf analyze employer branding metrics to assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Adminisstration, Marketing or a related field

  • 10+ yearsof experience in talent management, HR and employer branding roles

  • Strong understanding of talent management practices and strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically

  • Experience with empolyer branding and the development of related content and campaigns

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools for branding purposes

  • Special Projects: Manage any special projects assigned by the CPO or the team lead, demonstrating the ability to work independently while providing effective support to achieve project objectives

  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team
