Responsibilities

• Provide sales co-ordination / support to clients and internal parties

• Preparing shipping document, order confirmation and follow up with Marketing Team

• Responsible for Clerical and administration support in the team

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 1 year experience in trading operation 

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 

• Self-motivated, responsible, well organized, able to work independently and under pressure 

• Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese word processing

• Able to travel

• Immediate availability preferred
