Duties

Develop strategic tenancy plans for the Ngong Ping Village (NPV) portfolio to achieve the company’s business objectives

Prepare approval documents and provide recommendations, along with presentation materials and reports for management

Enhance and maintain strong business network with business partners, direct clients, retailers & restaurant operators and stakeholders

Manage and facilitate leasing liaisons and coordination including new lettings, rent renewal, tenant management, leasing inquiry and leasing negotiation
-
Drive the tenants’ spending promotions campaign in regular basis with Village Management Office, to stimulate customer spending and enhance visitor experience at NPV

Build good working rapport with all internal departments and external vendors to drive and optimize the non-cable car revenue of the Company
-
Coordinate with Business Development Team to work on assigned projects
Requirements

Degree holder in Business or related discipline

Minimum 10 years’ relevant leasing experience, of which 2 years should be at managerial level. Candidate with solid leasing experience in shopping malls is a definite advantage

Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; Mandarin would be a definite advantage

Strong business network

Strong business acumen and market sense

Agile, positive and energetic at work
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
