Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Business Development Manager/Business Development Officer to join their dynamic team.
 
Assistant Business Development Manager/Officer (renewable contract)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform market research and data analysis to uncover industry trends, assess competition, and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Design and execute strategic business development plans and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives and performance targets.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, including retailers, restaurant groups, and shopping malls.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and partnership materials to attract and secure new clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation of client-focused projects.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess progress and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Over 1 year of proven experience in Sales and Marketing or the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Proven results-oriented approach with a strong history of success in key account management and building strategic partnerships.
  • Deep knowledge of business development strategies, market trends, and outstanding business acumen.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the development of long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Adept at working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possessing a highly analytical and strategic mindset, capable of seamlessly shifting between strategic planning and daily tactical operations.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, and results-driven, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
