Job Responsibilities:
- Perform market research and data analysis to uncover industry trends, assess competition, and identify potential growth opportunities.
- Design and execute strategic business development plans and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives and performance targets.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, including retailers, restaurant groups, and shopping malls.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and partnership materials to attract and secure new clients.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
- Over 1 year of proven experience in Sales and Marketing or the Food and Beverage industry.
- Proven results-oriented approach with a strong history of success in key account management and building strategic partnerships.
- Deep knowledge of business development strategies, market trends, and outstanding business acumen.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the development of long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Adept at working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possessing a highly analytical and strategic mindset, capable of seamlessly shifting between strategic planning and daily tactical operations.
- Self-motivated, fast learner, and results-driven, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
