Responsibilities:

• Liaise and coordinate with internal parties to prepare artwork from sketch to bulk production
• Create tech pack including size specification, construction / finishing description with sketch and work closely with suppliers about the realization of the design sketch
• Modify the pattern and tech pack as needed throughout the development process until final approval for production
• Check samples and communicate with suppliers and designers to improve samples for presentation of sample approval

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years Pattern Making experience, preferably in high fashion brand
• Knowledge of software such as Optitex and ModelForm
• Detail-minded, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of ownership and team spirit
• Good verbal and written command of the English language; Italian speaking will be an advantage
