Job Responsibilities:
- Support the team with enthusiasm as the office is newly opened.
- Lead and manage 4 tea ladies/floor hosts across 2 floors.
- Always ensure a professional and presentable appearance.
- Perform reception duties and host on the floor as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to office users.
- Handle general enquiries and assist with office-related tasks.
- Create documents, processes, and systems under instruction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in high-end fashion.
- Strong administrative and computer skills. (e.g., document creation).
- Good social skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on various tasks.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
