Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational processes to optimize efficiency and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with merchants, vendors, and stakeholders in the digital and mobile app ecosystem, including contract negotiation and management.
- Track and analyze data metrics to ensure seamless business operations.
- Support collaboration with transport operators to enhance product offerings and manage partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product features and functionalities.
- Create reports and presentations to support business initiatives and offer insights for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business operations, preferably within the mobile payment or fintech sector.
- Established skill in analyzing data and offering insights to guide business decisions.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for preparing and presenting data-driven reports and proposals
- Highly adaptable with the ability to quickly master new technologies and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
