Responsibilities

• Handle full set shipping document, special Imp/exp customs documents for Apparel and Accessories products for shipment to EU countries          

• Coordinate with Merchandising teams, Suppliers and Import dept to monitor shipments by Sea and by Air

• Shipment Data update in System and different shipping reports

• Documents checking and L/C payment coordination with Import dept        

• Back up for Sample dispatch to EU Countries

• Participate in ad hoc job duties as assigned by the Supervisor 

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 graduate or above

• At least 5 years’ experience in shipping for Apparel products to EU markets is necessary

• Familiar with Import/export declaration by Tradelink system and experience on sample dispatch

• Knowledge on LC operation

• Able to work independently

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
