Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer (Air Freight)(Ref# 060990)

Responsibilities

  • To mainly handle e-commerce shipments, receive orders and handle general inquiry from customers by phone & email

  • To coordinate and support air export / import operation, sales section as per standard operation procedure

  • To maintain effective communication with customer and overseas agent (mainly group branch in Japan)

  • To enter data & prepare documentation for courier, air export / import shipment


Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 graduate or above

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in air freight forwarding & express

  • Excellent communication skill

  • Microsoft excel and words processing, accurate typing skill

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Japanese speaker preferred
