Responsibilities
Responsible for office administration and accounting support
Manage petty cash and daily bookkeeping
Assist in procurement of stock and office stationery
Assist in HR activities and pay roll calculation
Monthly reporting and filing
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above in accounting, business administration, secretarial or related subjects
At least 2 years relevant working experience
Elementary/intermediate bookkeeping
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (Chinese typing), Powerpoint
Detail oriented, well-organized and reliable
Mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
