Job Description
- Oversee full spectrum of restaurant operations and business development, involving with the planning, budgeting, coordination and control;
- Conduct research and strategic analysis on the market and competitors aiming to support key strategic decisions marking;
- Develop manpower plans for ensuring stable and capable workforce to support the business; and implement staff development / succession plan for long-term business development;
- Support marketing activities, events, and sales program where required.
- Consolidate and analyze all sales data and operational reports aiming to formulate the business plan and drive sales performance;
- Manage the operations team and oversee restaurants’ operations in order to ensure the customer experience across all aspects meet the Company’s standard;
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business, Hospitality Management or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant work experience in catering industry, of which 3 years or above as an Operations Manager in a leading restaurant chains is an advantage.
- Flexible and can-do mindset.
- Good analytical thinking and sensitive to numbers
- Excellent in problem solving & leadership skills, proactive and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good Command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
