Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations and month-end closing and preparing financial statement
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors
- Responsible for daily accounting functions including vouchers preparation, invoice/payment processing, etc;
- Perform monthly book closing and prepare breakdown schedules;
- Assist in consolidation, management reports and group reporting packages;
- Monitor cash flow position and prepare bank reconciliation;
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting reports;
- Assist in annual audit, tax filing and other statutory reporting;
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in clerical and accounting duties, preferably in property management/real estate industry
- Familiar with accounting system and MS Office, include Excel e.g NAV’ and pivot table
- Good sense of responsibility, proactive and able to work independently
- Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
