Responsibilities:
- Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product and project launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers.
- Participate in day-to-day product management, managing core products, enhancing client experience, and ensuring effective communication while helping the team overcome challenges to achieve business goals.
- Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to clients.
- Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and assist product managers in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions.
- Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans.
- Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Oversee the portfolio migration, including data, processes and systems from one association to another.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of experience in product management in banking / financial institutions.
- Knowledge of credit card product management, portfolio migrations, acquisition, product development, and data analytics.
- Understanding of association rules, local regulations and operational processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
