Responsibilities
1. Lead E2E IT QA Strategy & Approach :
• Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy that encompasses ST/PIT/SIT/NFT/OAT, associated tools & methodologies across the program, for our E2E solution stack : local and group source & consuming systems, integration platforms, middleware, and Oracle Fusion Financials ERP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Tech/Finance, Group/Local Business Unit) to agree on testing methodologies and ensure alignment with program objectives, including integration and middleware considerations.
• Identify & Define trade-offs to optimize testing processes for both local and group systems with respect to programme timeline & ambition.
• Define & review structure & content of testing artifacts for E2E
• Establish a clear cycle strategy for iterative testing phases, considering potential changes in local and group systems.
• Lead the effort in defining and maintaining the quality assurance metrics and standards, with a focus on the complexities introduced by Oracle Fusion Financials ERP & its associated middleware.
2. Lead E2E IT Testing preparation & execution activities:
• Act as an orchestrator for multiple simultaneous testing activities between Local Business Units (LBUs) and Group, Global teams, ensuring coverage for local and group systems, integration platforms, and middleware.
• Lead data preparation activities, ensuring the availability and quality of test data, especially in the context of Oracle Fusion Financials ERP.
• Support Finance users in their User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation by providing guidance on test cases, test data, and defining entry/exit criteria, with a focus on the specific requirements of Oracle Fusion Financials ERP.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among various teams to ensure smooth execution of testing activities, with special attention to the integration and middleware layers
3. Lead Testing phases closures :
• Conduct a thorough review of testing outcomes and lead the documentation of test closure reports, ensuring that the results reflect the robustness of Oracle Fusion Financials ERP.
• Ensure all test reports are compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements and external audit standards, with a particular focus on the data integrity of Oracle Fusion Financials ERP.
• Verify that non-functional testing meets Group Technology requirements, Finance teams constraints, and programme objectives, including performance and scalability of integration platforms and middleware.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in QA role in the context of Finance ERP implementation
• Experience with testing automation stack & methodologies in the context of integration/middleware stacks on Azure
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
• Subject to level of expertise and experience, candidate will be considered to act as either the lead or support role.
