Gather and evaluate user requirements to develop functional specifications
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and the internal IT team to ensure the successful execution of the project
• Conduct user acceptance testing, which includes test planning, execution, and defect management
• Initiate discussions and negotiate with users to achieve agreement on requirements, delivery timelines, and resource allocation

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Strong analytical skills and a capacity for learning
• Experience in Business Analysis related to the implementation and launch of digital products and applications
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, particularly Agile Scrum
• Practical experience with JIRA, Magento, and SQL is advantageous
• Technical acumen and the ability to collaborate closely with technical and development teams
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
