Our client, a well-known regional bank based in Hong Kong, is looking for a Teller/ Counter Service Officer to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer services and handle customers' enquiries
- Handle general account withdrawals, money transfer, and answer customer inquiries
- Handle counter services and balance daily transactions
- Support back-end operations and make referrals to relevant staff
- Perform ad-hoc assignments when required
- Coordinate in-branch and off-site promotions
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Counter Service or Customer Service experience is a must
- Customer-oriented with communication skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
