Job Responsibilities
- Perform general receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling incoming phone calls and courier arrangement.
- Manage conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative and clerical support.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- 1 year relevant work experience.
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible work days.
- Work Location: Quarry Bay / Sheung Wan / Tsim Sha Tsui / Lai Chi Kok
- Working hour: 08:30-17:30 / 09:00-18:00
