Part-time Receptionist ($100/h)

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling incoming phone calls and courier arrangement.
  • Manage conference room bookings.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

 

Job Requirements

  • 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible work days.
  • Work Location: Quarry Bay / Sheung Wan / Tsim Sha Tsui / Lai Chi Kok
  • Working hour: 08:30-17:30 / 09:00-18:00
