Bid Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
  • Support Proposal Team Leader / Opportunity Owner in Bid Registration
  • Work with Proposal Team Leader to create bid plan
  • Initiate Solution Manager Request (SMR)
  • Initiate Bid governance / review process
  • Prepare cost model based on input from Proposal Team Leader
  • Follow up bid approval process
  • Initiate related procurement request
  • Support Opportunity Owner in performing Risk Assessment
  • Initiate and follow up on Technical Delivery Assessment
  • Assist in filling fact sheet and follow up with pricing approvals
  • Maintain up-to-date on Bid approval process
Skills Requirements:
  • University Graduate
  • 5+ years of working experience
  • Stable work history
  • Good communication in English and Cantonese on both written and oral
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Good in Maths and careful in numbers
  • Resilience, able to work under pressure
  • Flexible in working extended hours (commit to mission critical schedule)
  • Able to multitask to maintain productivity
