Design and implement data migration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

Collect and analyze data for migration to the Oracle Fusion system and data archiving platform.

Create strategies to maintain data integrity, security, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and resolve data quality issues to meet compliance and quality standards.

Maintain clear documentation of data migration processes and specifications.

Conduct thorough testing of migration processes to ensure success.

Provide guidance to end users on data migration-related issues.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in designing and implementing data architectures for complex financial systems, preferably in the Oracle ecosystem.

Expertise in data flow management, migration, and data quality management.

Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and data governance.

Experience in managing legacy systems migration projects. (NOT A MUST)

Strong experience in data architecture, data engineering, and integration patterns in Financial Services, especially Insurance.

Proficiency in ADF, Data Lake, Databricks, Data Warehouse, and Power Platform.
