Job Descriptions:

• • Lead technical design on data migration & Support build team

  • Manage project timelines, costs, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of the data migration, including data mapping, transformation, and validation; ensuring it supports various data feeds and systems effectively

  • Collect and analyze data from sources for migration to Oracle Fusion system and data archiving platform.

  • Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure the integrity, security, and performance of systems throughout the system lifecycle.

  • Identify and resolve data quality issues during the migration process, to ensure that project deliverables meet company’s compliance and quality standards esp. on data security and privacy.

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve day-to-day issues that arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables

  • Work closely with cross-geo teams, cross-functional teams, and cross-systems teams to ensure seamless integration and performance

  • Develop and maintain data migration specifications and documentation of processes and procedures.

  • Conduct thorough testing of data migration processes to ensure successful migration.

  • Identify opportunities to improve data migration processes and procedures.

  • Provide guidance and support to end users for data migration-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing data architectures for complex financial systems, preferably in the Oracle ecosystem

• Experience with data flow management, migration, data quality management, and data governance frameworks

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
