Lead technical design on data migration & Support build team

Manage project timelines, costs, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

Lead the technical design and implementation of the data migration, including data mapping, transformation, and validation; ensuring it supports various data feeds and systems effectively

Collect and analyze data from sources for migration to Oracle Fusion system and data archiving platform.

Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure the integrity, security, and performance of systems throughout the system lifecycle.

Identify and resolve data quality issues during the migration process, to ensure that project deliverables meet company’s compliance and quality standards esp. on data security and privacy.

Identify, analyze, and resolve day-to-day issues that arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables
-
Work closely with cross-geo teams, cross-functional teams, and cross-systems teams to ensure seamless integration and performance
-
Develop and maintain data migration specifications and documentation of processes and procedures.

Conduct thorough testing of data migration processes to ensure successful migration.
-
Identify opportunities to improve data migration processes and procedures.
-
Provide guidance and support to end users for data migration-related issues.

Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
-
5+ years of experience in designing and implementing data architectures for complex financial systems, preferably in the Oracle ecosystem

Experience with data flow management, migration, data quality management, and data governance frameworks
-
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
