Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems (both electronic and physical)

HR Support (Junior Level):
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome packets, coordinating orientation schedules, and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

People Management/Coordination:
- May supervise or coordinate the work of other administrative staff or interns.

Proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.

Experience or familiarity with basic HR functions and procedures is highly desirable.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
