Job Responsibilities:

Establish and enhance the company's treasury management framework, incorporating internal controls, risk mitigation strategies, and operational efficiencies. Develop and maintain comprehensive treasury policies and procedures manuals.

Manage relationships with banks, foreign exchange authorities, and other external financial institutions. Oversee account management for domestic and international business platforms, including account opening/closing, KYC compliance, annual reviews, and cross-border payment processing.

Develop and manage cash flow forecasts based on business operations. Monitor cash positions across all platforms, ensuring adequate funding levels. Initiate fund transfers or internal allocations as needed and manage surplus funds effectively.

Oversee daily payment processing, including collections, disbursements, and third-party payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis.

Support the management of accounts, online banking systems, and cash pools for domestic and international business platforms, funds, and trusts.

Lead the optimization and integration of treasury-related IT systems. Adapt system designs based on business changes and process improvements.

Provide financial analysis and support for various business initiatives and proposals.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience of 5 years or more in corporate treasury management, preferably within a cross-border services or financial institution.

Extensive knowledge of cross-border payment processes and regulations, including a comprehensive understanding of Chinese foreign exchange controls and Hong Kong regulatory requirements.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to independently address complex issues.

Willingness to travel occasionally to Guangzhou and Shanghai.
