Responsibilities

• Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by Supervisor

• Work independently  from development to production process to ensure orders are filled and delivered on time

• Ensure a seamless co-ordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues

• Monitor and ensure the quality and appropriateness of the customer’s production base to ensure the best value costing and quality of merchandise

• Well understand the  the merchandising flow , execute from Development to Bulk shipment procedure. Monitor the TNA

• Making quotation and price negotiation with supplier

• Forest good customer relationship and fulfill the enquiry from customer

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 5 years  merchandising experience in Cut & Sewn  casual & performance wear

• Good communication skills with cross functional partners

• Strong garment fitting  and fabric  knowledge, that can provide constructive solution and communicate with Buyer and Factories technician in problem solving

• Good time management and project execution

• Fluent written and spoken English & Chinese

• Proficient in Microsoft application, eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Experience in factory manufacturing is preferable

• Good teamwork , result oriented and good time management in project execution

• Passion in Garment Manufacturing Industry
