Responsibilities

• Organize and work out monthly, weekly and daily production plans and make sure material & man power are well equipped for the plan

• Formulating and monitoring capacity and production schedule are on the right track to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency

• Closely working with factories to monitor factory operation cost and tracking the factory KPI performance

• Providing support and collaborate with various departments

• Lead the role to upgrading the effectiveness on production cost, capacity and man power. Monitoring the Output, manufacturing cost and efficiency

• Prepare and submit regular production reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions

• Identifying and resolving production issues, such as machine breakdowns, material shortages, or workforce challenges

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in garment production

• Strong knowledge of cut & sewn garment manufacturing processes, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in English , Mandarin and Cantonese (both written and spoken); knowledge of the local language is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to overseas living

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

• Sensitive to numbers
