Responsibilities:

- Assist to handle all aspects of the procurement process;
- Gather and analyse purchasing requirements on hardware, software license and services from internal users;
- Assist Procurement Manager to liaise with vendor for price negotiation, terms, lead time etc;
- Assist to follow up purchase orders, delivery arrangement and cost management;
- Assist to manage and evaluate performance of vendors;
- Prepare executive reports;
- Prepare statistical data using MS excel formula and macros.
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing, Logistics, Business or other related discipline;
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in admin/ procurement;
- Strong in problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure;
- Good writing skills (both Chinese & English);
- Good knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing;
- Sensitive in numbers and good in calculation;
- Working experience in IT related firms would be an advantage.
- Working experience in financial management would be an advantage
