Responsibilities:
* Drive the annual planning process and effectively manage expenses through data analysis
* Monitor cost allocation, ensure data quality and consistency across all financials
* Collect inputs from the underwriting/claims department, ensuring alignment with business targets
* Establish monthly P&L statements by country and create quarterly management reporting documents
* Track expense spending for each business unit, including expense approval processes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines
* At least 5 years of related work experience in FP&A function, insurance business exposure will be a big plus
* Excellent command of spoken English, AND good command of Cantonese
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of Power BI tools will be an absolute advantage
