Responsibilities:
* Oversee compliance with regulations across the entire insurance business.
* Advise management on compliance matters and strategies.
* Define and implement the annual compliance plan based on business needs and compliance indicators.
* Identify, assess, and recommend actions for compliance risks.
* Conduct risk assessments and suggest mitigation actions.
* Provide compliance training to staff and management.
* Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, ensuring requests are addressed.
* Manage internal allegations and coordinate investigations as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, finance, or a related field.
* At least 8 years of experience in compliance or risk functions within the insurance industry.
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance obligations.
* Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
* Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
