Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and improve consultant sales, onboarding, and service processes across multiple channels.
* Lead discussions to define clear business and functional requirements aligned with strategic goals.
* Document detailed specifications, user stories, and use cases for system and process implementation.
* Maintain and enhance business analysis methodologies and best practices.
* Manage change requests and ensure compliance with governance and quality standards.
* Support digital platforms and assets across various distribution channels.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous business improvement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to implement effective system enhancements and provide user training and support.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with a strong focus on business analysis or related roles.
* In-depth knowledge of consultant sales journeys and life insurance operations.
* Proven experience in digitizing end-to-end point-of-sale and service processes.
* Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
* Solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Scrum and Agile.
* Familiarity with business process optimization and change management practices.
