Responsibilities:
- To coordinate training programmes and perform budget management and evaluation report;
- To assist in identifying and assessing training and development needs;
- To provide executive and administrative support including but not limited to managing calendar, training logistics, event and travel arrangements etc.;
- To formulate and monitor annual plan, budget and timelines, and to prepare related reports;
- To liaise with external training institutes, consultants or vendors; and
- To execute training policy of the Association and the Institute.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above preferably in Social Science, Mental Health, Psychology or related disciplines;
- 5 years of relevant experience;
- Work experiences in Accreditation of CPD and Qualification Framework is desired;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel;
- Detail-minded with good project management; and
- Self-motivated, be able to work under pressure and independently.
