Provide technical guidance to teammates and technical support to clients

Act as IT infrastructure subject matter expert / Level III engineer on solving different IT infrastructure problems

Act as escalation point for other team members on IT infrastructure problems

Monitor client’s infrastructures and execute preventive measures actively to prevent problems / issues from happening

Work with helpdesk team leader on providing top level service to our clients in a timely and professional manner

Provide infrastructure advice both internally and to clients on improving system efficacy, stability, performance and security

Work with other teammates to design and execute technology solutions / projects

Develop junior teammates on technical skill sets

Maintain update records of client’s IT infrastructure

Remains contactable via phone out of office hours

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Diploma or above in Information Technology, Software Engineering or related fields
-

Minimum 5 years' experience in a technology support role, with minimum 3 years' experience in a senior engineer role

Experience in a service provider environment is preferred

Trade floor or financial services IT experience is an advantage
-
Certificate holder of MCSE / MCITP, Microsoft MS / AZ, VCAP, VCP, CISSP, CISA, etc. is a plus

Key Skills
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin preferred)
- Ability to deliver results in an efficient manner in constrained timeframes
- Solid and strong hands on experience on Microsoft Windows Server technologies is a must
- Solid and strong experience with multi-sites infrastructure deployment
- Solid and strong hands on experience on IT infrastructure including servers, storages, data backups, replications, network, UPS, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
