Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience onsetup, maintain offices enterprise IT infrastructure, Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, Identify and Access Management, Windows, Linux, SQL and K8s.

Knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and familiar with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) and server maintenance best practices.

Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid infrastructure environments.

Expertise in developing and executing infrastructure roadmaps that support short-term and long-term organizational goals.

• Recognized Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams of system administrators and technicians.
