Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Create and maintain testing checklist and scenarios for functional, regression and UAT testing.
- Execute manual tests (and automation tests if applicable) to identify bugs, inconsistencies. And usability issues.
- Log, track and retest defects using tools, and sure timely resolution.
- Coordinate Production testing sessions with business users and gather feedback.
- Assist Quality Assurance Lead to ensure Test case coverage meets QA standard.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Studies or related.
- 1-3 years of working experience in UAT.
- Experience in CRM system experience (e.g. SalesForce, Oracle, SAP) is highly preferred
- Fundamental knowledge on Testing cycle and Testing management, including test strategy, test case design, execution and defect tracking.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of written/spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
