Job Duties:
- Perform market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to guide product decisions.
- Develop and implement product strategy for the Premium Protection Program to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Create new and improve current customer satisfaction and loyalty programs, while promoting cross-brand collaborations to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect and evaluate customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement and innovation within the Premium Protection Program and other sell-out platforms.
- Oversee and refine product details, prioritizing features and enhancements according to customer feedback and business objectives.
- Partner closely with the marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive product sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and facilitate ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with external partners to develop and implement the Premium Protection Program and sell-out platforms from a financial and business model perspective.
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure program success and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Verify that the product meets all relevant local regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in product management, preferably in consumer electronics
- Familiarity with subscription-based services or protection plans, along with customer relationship management and service, is preferred.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing product strategies that foster business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend customer needs and convert them into actionable product features.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Robust analytical skills to analyze data, recognize trends, and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
