Responsibilities:
- Manage Social Media Platforms: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for the company’s official social media accounts in Hong Kong and Macau, including Instagram, Facebook, RED, and YouTube.
- Manage Brand and Campaign Activities: Assist in the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels to boost brand presence.
- Coordinate Events and Pop-Ups: Plan and support marketing initiatives such as roadshows and pop-up events, overseeing setup, product merchandising, communication strategies, and influencer partnerships.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyse eCommerce trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviours to provide actionable insights.
- Monitor Campaign Performance: Use analytics tools and tracking links to measure campaign results; prepare comprehensive reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing executive role or similar marketing position.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other social media analytics tools.
- Graphic design skills with familiarity in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing trends and eCommerce.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
