Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support while being actively involved in the day-to-day operations
• Assist his/her supervisor in planning, promoting and organising sports and recreation activities
• Review the profitability and success of each activity scheduled with his/her supervisor
• Provide courteous and professional services at all times in handling Members' enquires and their complaints
• Lead Sports and Leisure Co-ordinators and Sports and Leisure Attendants in serving Members and their guests
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the leisure or recreation fields
• Strong in leadership, excellent interpersonal skills with initiatives to interact with customers and staff
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
• With relevant academic background will be definite advantage
• Hands-on experience of MS Office applications
