Responsibilities:
- Assist superiors in overseeing and executing the whole process (e.g. pre-launch, post launch) practices of the Hong Kong Sales & Marketing Team to achieve business objectives and compliance with legal requirements
- Prepare and produce marketing collaterals, sales documents, sales office, and sales brochure
- Create and execute promotional campaigns, as well as interact with internal departments and external partners to negotiate deals
- Assist in setting sales planning, payment plan, sales and pricing strategy
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on the property market and prepare sales and budget reports
- Propose and provide advice to superiors on matters related to the sale of relevant properties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a robust background in residential sales and marketing from property development firms.
- Practical expertise in promotional marketing specifically for property development, especially with local developers.
- Strong business insight coupled with excellent analytical capabilities.
- Proven skills in project management, effective presentation, and problem-solving.
- In-depth understanding and experience with the Residential (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Customer-focused, collaborative team player who is motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Competent in using MS Office applications.
