MANAGER, RESIDENTIAL SALES & MARKETING (60% MARKETING, 40% SALES)
Responsibilities:
  • Assist superiors in overseeing and executing the whole process (e.g. pre-launch, post launch) practices of the Hong Kong Sales & Marketing Team to achieve business objectives and compliance with legal requirements
  • Prepare and produce marketing collaterals, sales documents, sales office, and sales brochure
  • Create and execute promotional campaigns, as well as interact with internal departments and external partners to negotiate deals
  • Assist in setting sales planning, payment plan, sales and pricing strategy
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on the property market and prepare sales and budget reports
  • Propose and provide advice to superiors on matters related to the sale of relevant properties
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a robust background in residential sales and marketing from property development firms.
  • Practical expertise in promotional marketing specifically for property development, especially with local developers.
  • Strong business insight coupled with excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Proven skills in project management, effective presentation, and problem-solving.
  • In-depth understanding and experience with the Residential (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Customer-focused, collaborative team player who is motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Competent in using MS Office applications.
