Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycles: Guide entire software development projects from requirements analysis to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables

• Develop project plans: Create comprehensive plans to be shared with clients and team members, managing costs and schedules effectively

• Communicate with stakeholders: Effectively convey project matters to all levels of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency

• Manage project governance: Engage with project governance on performance and change management matters, maintaining project integrity

• Lead diverse teams: Mobilize and supervise project teams in Hong Kong and offshore, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

• Manage risks: Lead and control the project-related risk management process, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues

 
Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related field preferred, bringing a strong technical foundation to the role

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile certification preferred, demonstrating your commitment to project management excellence

• At least 10 years of work experience in project management for corporate or enterprises, with candidates having less experience considered for Assistant Project Manager positions

• Proficiency in SDLC project management execution and business analysis, with a technical background preferred.

• Well-organized individual with a keen eye for details, ensuring project precision and quality

• Excellent communicator with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as Putonghua, to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Experience in Systems Integration (SI) and pre-sales preferred, bringing valuable insights to project planning and execution
