Responsibilities
- Handle financial operations related to payment gateways, as well as refunds and chargebacks.
- Oversee transactions to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Maintain precise financial records for all e-commerce transactions
- Work with different departments, such as operations, Direct to Consumer, and customer service, to deliver financial insights and assist in decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in areas such as e-commerce finance, accounts receivable, and payment operations.
- Expertise in ERP systems, and familiarity with Excel
- Possesses strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce operations, including payment processing and online sales.
- Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
