Responsibilities:

• • Lead an engineering team in daily repair and maintenance operations.
  • Develop a reliable preventive maintenance program for plants and equipment.
  • Manage workshop activities to meet targets and maximize productivity.
  • Undertake efficient control on costs and maximize productivity 
  • Provide leadership and direction to improve equipment and plant performance and contribute towards overall profitability and safety of the business operations
  • Undertake any tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial role with heavy machinery.
• Strong knowledge of HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Team player with a proactive and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese.
