Job Duties:
- Collaborate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth product development and production.Develop market-driven products and manage sample development and approval.
- Oversee supply chain, cost control, and production schedules to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, handling quotations, negotiations, and after-sales issues.
- Ensure all products meet international quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising or supply chain management, preferably in toys or consumer goods.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills; familiar with supply chain processes and ERP systems.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving and teamwork capabilities.
