Job Duty:
- Deliver personalized service to VIP guests, maintaining detailed guest preference records
- Plan and execute private events, including corporate functions and exclusive tastings
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage event logistics such as seating, catering, and entertainment
- Monitor guest feedback and support continuous service improvements
Requirement:
- Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or event coordination
- Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
