Job Requirements:
- Responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies for key clients to achieve annual sales targets.
- Deeply explore potential client needs, lead business negotiations, and drive contract signing and project implementation.
- Maintain relationships with key clients, conduct regular follow-ups, and coordinate resources to resolve client issues, enhancing customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor dynamics, extract client pain points, and customize differentiated solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams such as legal and operations to ensure full project implementation.
- Share industry resources and successful case studies, assisting the team in enhancing overall business capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, business administration, or related fields in consulting.
- Over 5 years of experience in key account sales, with at least 2 years of team management or business development experience. Background in consulting or B2B services is preferred.
- Proficient in business negotiation skills, with excellent customer insight and resource integration abilities.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, adaptable to frequent travel and fast-paced work environments.
