Key responsibilities include:
- Part of the Outbound team, focusing on outbound call.
- Outbound call to customer for any MPF (pension scheme) issues such as customer’s check payment issues.
- Retrieve daily report that list any customer issue
Preferred qualifications:
- Must have 1-2 years Customer service work experience from any industry.
- Open to fresh grads , at least Degree / diploma holder.
- People oriented with tactful customer service skills and good problem-solving abilities
- Strong PC skills in MS office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in English , Chinese and Mandarin (spoken and written).
