Responsibilities:
    • Welcome customers and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
    • Provide personalized service to clients, assisting them in selecting high-end jewelry pieces.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations.
    • Collaborate with team members to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years’ customer service experience (retail, hospitality, airline preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
