- To support Company focus to become No. 1 choice for customers, the ambition is to conduct most of the IFP NB submission via e-Channel and support Operation achieving higher straight-through ratio. To achieve the goals, a program combined with Distribution and Operation systems is launched to drive different digital initiatives in order to fulfill the ambitions.

We are looking for someone with:
- Curious, open-minded, self-motived, fast learner and team player

- Comfortable communicating with Executives at senior levels within the organization and agency leaders

- Strong project management skills
- Good communication skill with fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in project management, preferably in Product Owner role and Insurance related industry.
On the job you will:
- Act as Product Owner on Distribution digital tools including e-Submission platform and daily use platform.
- Define the product vision, release goal, set direction for sprint planning and prioritize the backlog of the digital tools
- Formulate and execute the change management strategies to drive business results in terms of adoption
- Aggregate, align and prioritize initiatives and roadmap with key stakeholders and management team in order to deliver on digital tools strategies which assist our agents in doing business efficiently and effectively
- Conduct and facilitate agency focus groups to collect feedback for continuous improvements and development
- Work closely with stakeholders from different business units to drive and deliver agency application solutions to address business needs
- Work closely with regional office on the planning and execution of digital initiatives
- Provide direction to members of the agile team through the sprints and resolve issues together with scrum master and other squad members/BUs so that we can deliver project focus is on target and work is accomplished timely and of the highest quality standards
- Act as an internal consultant and trusted advisor to other departments within Agency Operations in terms of project management and to ensure consistent practice or design applied to different tools/projects
- Ensure project compliance with relevant governance
- Keep track and report the adoption progress with plan to management
